The Johnson Hardware 2060 Series Sliding Pocket Door Frame kit features heavy gauge all steel split studs for maximum wall rigidity. New all steel split stud design makes a pocket door wall sheeted with standard wall board material comparable in stiffness to standard non pocket door stud walls and eliminates warpage. The 2060 is designed like the rest of our pocket door frames so it can be used for single or converging pocket door applications. The 2060 is packaged for easy transport and fast installation in standard 2 X 6 timber or steel framed stud walls. Versatile frames can be adapted for use in thicker walls, block walls and cut down to accept any smaller size door size.

QUICKSET FRAME HEADER
Prefabricated frame header section features preinstalled track and end brackets ready for fast installation into rough openings. Headers available in many standard door widths for direct installation or can be easily cut down and modified to accommodate smaller door widths.

Heavy-duty precision extruded aluminum jump-proof "I" beam track design for heavy doors and smooth operation.
HEAVY-DUTY 4-WHEEL DOOR HANGERS
Ball bearing wheels for smooth low-resistance rolling. Hanger features unique "rocker" design that ensures constant 4-wheel track/wheel contact and equal weight distribution. "Flip-of-a-clip" separates wheels from door plate for easy door installation/removal. All steel hardware parts are zinc plated for corrosion resistance and quality appearance.
SELF ADJUSTING FLOOR BRACKETS
Long vertical fingers slide into split studs allowing for floor settling without disturbing horizontal alignment of header and track. Anchor can be nailed, screwed or cemented to floor.
HEAVY DUTY ALL STEEL SPLIT JAMBS
New 2060 heavy gage all steel split studs offer maximum wall rigidity comparable to standard stud wall without pocket door frame installed. All steel construction means that wall will not warp or deform. Wall board material is fastened to steel split studs using same type of screws used in steel stud wall construction (screws included with frame).
